Matteo Bocelli - Falling In Love World Tour
Classical crossover star Matteo Bocelli has announced two concerts in Germany – in Wuppertal and Hamburg – as part of his 2025 “Falling In Love” world tour, which will also introduce new music expected this year.
Matteo is making waves internationally, thrilling audiences with sold-out tours across Europe, North and Latin America, as well as Australia. From his first joint song “Fall On Me” with his father Andrea Bocelli in 2018 to a reinterpretation of “Time To Say Goodbye” with a new composition by Hans Zimmer at the 2024 Oscars – Matteo is well on his way to establishing a name of his own.
The two Germany concerts in October are part of his expansive “Falling In Love” world tour, which will take him through North America and Europe.
At the same time, Matteo offers a first glimpse of his eagerly awaited second album, set to be released later this year. The tour will kick off with two exclusive album showcase concerts in New York and Los Angeles.
During the tour, Matteo Bocelli will perform songs from his upcoming new album, as well as fan favorites from his debut album, together with his live band.
Speaking at the start of his world tour, Matteo Bocelli says:
"I'm incredibly excited to announce this new tour and with it a new musical era, with my second album coming out later this year. Over the past two years, I’ve been traveling, writing songs, and singing for fans all over the world. It’s an indescribable feeling to see how people connect with my music. I can’t wait to perform both new songs and fan favorites live – I hope to see you there!”
Matteo has already graced some of the world’s most iconic stages. His tour “A Night With Matteo” sold out venues such as the Sydney Opera House and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The tour, which ran from late 2023 into 2025, sold over 100,000 tickets. He has performed for King Charles III and Queen Camilla, U.S. President Joe Biden, and opened shows for music legend Lionel Richie.
Matteo’s first live performance was at the age of 18 at the Colosseum in Rome. In 2018, he released the moving duet “Fall On Me” with his father, which has since amassed over 400 million streams worldwide.
In late 2024, Matteo released his latest single “If I Knew,” a heartfelt duet with multi-platinum and Oscar-nominated artist Sofia Carson. This song marks another important milestone in Matteo’s career as he continues to shape his own musical identity – following the success of his self-titled debut album “Matteo.”
The album “Matteo” showcases the full range of his artistry – not only his powerful yet vulnerable voice, but also his talent as a songwriter. The album also features one of his musical heroes, Ed Sheeran, who wrote “Chasing Stars” for him – a moving ballad that beautifully highlights Matteo’s high vocal range.
